pray hard for me that i wont get sued ;

time doesn't exists when: 1) you're having fun or, 2) you're buried with a terrific truckload of other people's unnecessary billing paperwork.
in my case, its the first.
time flies when i'm with the one person who is able to break me like how a black-belt taekwondo master would, by chopping a solid cement brick into 2 or hoisting me up to the sky, just to let me taste the lovely clouds and forget everything down below. there you have it, my gifted boyfriend. touché,*applause*. i associate him with the word "gifted" because, i do not know how he can figure me out. i'm like a walking courtroom, constantly debating with myself and the issues around me. thank you, sir psycho sexy..*mee-ow*. har har.
laughing hysterically to Stephen Chow's older movies was how we spent our weekdays. he is one of the genius, Cancerians (hah!). i enjoy taking and sharing credits for people who are born in the same sign as me.
well,how is everyone doing?i can only hope that, all is well and never actually confirm that.
when i was on the verge of probably having another dream of "flying taxis"(do not ask me why.but convenient,isn't it?), my boyfriend just had to literally bitchslap my senses awake by striking up a politically incorrect number.
he was explaining how this one politician in Malaysia said that, if Malaysians was to abide a different law which consists of Westernized rules (eg. open-mindedness) and equality, that Malays would never have a place to be called home. think, China and India. Chinese and Indian people have their own original countries. but what about us, Malays? don't even get started with the Malays in Singapore. we think with our hearts and are too comfortable with convenience that the government knows that, we won't voice up or strike protests to fight for a land that was once, ours. true to say that, maybe with the chaos of political parties fighting over one another to rule Malaysia; some, with less pleasant histories, may lead us into thinking that Malays are corrupted. but look at the bigger picture, who are they fighting for? their country. our origin.
i am in the fear of our race's extinction.really.
while he was getting at that, the soon to be complete, Intergrated Resort in our country, gave me another slap in my face.
i was thinking. since Singapore is working hard on being on top about everything, tourism, technology, economy and education, i bet our reputation on the world's map has risen in respected ways. then again, with the arrival of IR, don't you think money is the greed issue here? it has got nothing to do with the happiness of us, its citizens. well, pfft..of course, we are given a better choice of visiting our IR rather than having to spend thousands of dollars to have a taste of Las Vegas. yes, we get job vacancies. so, what? with IR,what, comes open-mindedness? they reprimanded entertaining DJs such as, Muttons, just because they had a podcasts, of a few females taking off each others bra (correct me on this incident if i am wrong) and ban Kumar, who is known to be a controversial for his/her somewhat racists comments from the media.then now, what, they're practically saying gambling would be alright for us? you want to build a casino Mecca for outsiders to blow their load on and yet you censor all the minor, minor things. contradicting,isn't it? i understand the fact that China is ONE of the biggest business port in the world, therefore, most of us here should be able to converse in Mandarin, preferably. but please, spare a thought for us, your people. while you are busy working to keep up with the world for reputation and more money, most of us would have already flee to other countries.
make a small change in this crazy world. you would never know when other countries would take example and before you know it, the world would live in harmony and humans would be given a second chance to live longer on planet Earth.
on a lighter note, Hancock is awesome. go watch.
loving every one,
your new-aged hippie,
Shyda.
