these shoes just don't suit me;

if there's one thing i learned after getting indirectly "fired" by my former boss,it sure is a smart move not to be directly connected with your boss.hence,its better to work in either an average or huge,well-known company.but,never a barely breeding one.

another thing is,when in high authority with great responsibilities,never ever assume the status or private life of staffs/collegues/business partners,when your first impression expectations doesn't go as planned.don't judge by what you hear. =)

and life goes on.

fast forward and i'm working back at Ripcurl.alhamdulilah,for i'm blessed compared to a few who are still looking for jobs.

still not end of the year and i 've already got a whole list of resolutions.
